Inspection Technologies offers a variety of point or
data collection methods to best suit the needs and budgets of our customers.
The evaluation of most surface characteristics require a large number of
points. We have a number of non-contact sensors for our coordinate measuring
machines which are capable of gathering tens of thousands of points per
square inch of surface. In addition to conventional touch probes, Inspection
Technologies also has a continuous path scanning probe for more detailed
and accurate data collection.
Error Map
In addition to a standard type of "pass/fail"
report, Inspection Technologies can match the gathered data with the engineering
design to provide an understandable, easy to read analysis which can save
time and pin point specific areas to repair or modify.
